Being A Fitness Freak Is Not Necessarily A Bad Thing, As This One Woman’s Story Explains

Introduction

How many of you are familiar with Arianny Celeste? Apparently, she is one of the big ticket role models on social media. She is known(primarily) as being one of UFC’s big ring girls, dedicating her life to fitness.

Fitness has always been a part of her life.

She combines kickboxing(and other martial arts) with things like yoga and other stretching techniques.

“Seeing as how I engage in many different physical activities, I feel the need and desire to embrace pretty much all styles of fitness. I am not someone who sticks with one thing that works. I like to stay as limber as possible. I also know that I am a role mode for a lot of girls(especially those with curves). That is why I utilize a lot of fitness routines daily. That way every muscle is worked. It also means that I can relate to more people(whether they do martial arts, gymnastics, or yoga)”.

Her obsession with fitness began early, pretty much after she moved from Las Vegas to California. She started getting involved with gymnastics and never looked back.

“Yeah, I started early as a girl. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, especially as I get older. I have learned that everyone has their own way of approaching health and fitness. The fact that I have learned as much as I can about each program has helped me. It means I can relate more to what others are doing(evem if it is not my preferrable exercise of choice). It has also helped me to come out with the different approaches in a “teachable way”, That way everyone can get something from it”.

Celeste also believes in a holistic approach to fitness and health. She wants everyone to be included. She also believe that exercise, health, and fitness should be available to everyone(regardless of their background). She does not feel that fitness and beauty should only be available to the “beautiful people”.

“I believe very strongly in inclusion. I speak to many age groups and body types. Not everyone is a size 2. Not everyone is naturally thin and gorgeous. There are many that have to work for it. That is why I feel diversity is important”.

“I want to reach as many people as I can(no matter where they are on the globe. That is why I find I have such a big following on social media. Some of the girls that I talk to have curves(so do I). You do not have to be thin to be beautiful. I have to be the best I can be so that I can send my message to others. I also find because I have tried so many different exercise, I have more knowledge and experience with what works”.

Celeste continues to grow her following everyday on social media platforms like Instragram. Celeste feels that as she continues to strive for the best version she can be, others will do the same. It is about leading by example.
